Autumn mornings

Nothing compares to warm, sunny autumn mornings
When you wake up and the room is slightly chilled and you want to stay 5 more minutes in your warm bed...but you wake up, open the door and the pale sun washes your face and it feels... familiar...
You take a deep breath and while the fresh morning air fills your lungs you suddenly remember childhood
...and like a flash-back you recall your school days...
...young, innocent, eager...
Everything seemed different then, it felt like nothing could stop you from your path and dreams seemed  real.
You take another deep breath and you smile...
The air tastes the same as it did back then...this gives you confidence, and you start to believe in those dreams again...
Autumn mornings are natures way of telling you that even though everything around you changes, you can be certain that the most important things remain the same...
Autumn mornings are there to ensure us that even nature is now falling asleep, it will still be there to embrace us and it will always makes us feel like children...
...because in the end that's what we are and we will always be...naive children that dream of being all grown up.

When trees cry

You know it's autumn when trees cry...
Subtle changes that we cannot feel, but we only notice when the golden leaves start to cover  the green grass.
When the gentle summer sun stars to slowly fade and the autumn breeze makes it's way through the thin air... you can almost feel the trees shiver, as they too, fade away...
They know they will soon have to sleep deeply as to survive the merciless winter and that is when they start to cry...
Trees are lively creatures that adore to dance with the wind and play with the rain drops, they like to tease the sunlight and play hide and seek with the midnight moon. Trees like to stare at stars and scare others with their cunning shadows and monster like branches...
Trees love to stay awake and talk about philosophy, for they are as old as the ground beneath them, they like to predict the future and they sometimes bet on it too, they like to hear the music of mother nature and sing-along to birds tweets...
That is why sadness fills their core, and they can feel how every inch of their has to be put to sleep in order to survive...that is when their leaves turn to golden brown or rusty red...and they shed their leaves just like we shed tears when a beloved one dies...
You know it's autumn when trees star to cry...

Fire

Fire... some say it can purify, some say it's bad... but fire is not good nor evil...it just is
Every time something burns, it means the end of it, but it can also mean a new begining... when you burn a field to destroy all the plants there you do to clean the field for future crops; when you burn wood you do it to obtain heat so you can maintain lifeform
And when you burn oil in a lamp you do it to gain light...
Unlike thunder, rain or lighting, fire is not a natural phenomenon, and it was not entirely produced by humans, it;s not natural nor artificial, it's both, it is a paradox...
To obtain fire, you need both nature and humans...i always considered that humans are no longer part of nature since they derived from the natural path so much that they no longer adapt to nature, but they adapt nature to their own needs, so for me, humans are the opposite of nature...
Fire is like a link between humans and nature...because you need them both to creat it, and fire combines both the essence of "human", which is to destroy, and the essence of nature, which is to create.

Fire is indeed the only natural element within us, the fire from our hearts sometimes confused with desire, wrath, love, anger, passion...it is fire that burns in our souls and keeps us alive as long as we provide it with the necessary fuel. It is the burning fire that provides us with the instinct to survive...to procreate...

"Bright-flaming, heat-full fire, the source of motion"
